Our Rooms
We provide everything you need for a restful seaside escape, including comfy beds, fluffy towels, homemade treats and optional breakfast. Travelling as a group? Create a private suite with two or three of our rooms – see options below.
LOOKOUT
(sleeps 2 or 3, with ensuite bathroom and optional sofa bed)
Spacious, peaceful, and full of character – this is our largest room, perfect for a romantic break or a small family escape. The kingsize bed offers a restful place to unwind and the roll-top bath is just the thing after a day of adventuring. This room is light-filled and airy, with thoughtful touches throughout. There’s a classic leather sofa (which opens into a bed if needed), a telescope for a bit of stargazing, and an ingenious hidden writing desk for seaside musings. With homemade treats, soft linens, and a whole lot of charm, this is more than just a room – it’s a little escape all of its own.

LIGHTHOUSE

Bright, breezy, and full of colour and charm, the Lighthouse Room is a front-facing double on the second floor, with a super-comfy kingsize bed (thanks to its dreamy memory foam mattress). There’s an amazing ensuite shower room, two inviting chairs for reading or tea-drinking, and a neat little bureau that moonlights as a breakfast table or desk if you’re feeling productive.

SEA GLIMPSE
(sleeps 2, as Twin or Double, with private bathroom - not ensuite)
Tucked away at the back of the house, the Sea Glimpse Room is cosy and calm, with a flexible layout – choose kingsize or twin beds. You’ll be treated to superb rooftop views over Cromer Church, with a glimpse of the sea – we even provide binoculars! The private bathroom is a treat in itself – colourful, quirky and home to a gloriously deep roll-top bath. The bathroom is not ensuite, but worth the extra couple of steps – and we provide lovely waffle bathrobes to make the journey even nicer.
